Romans 12: 1-2 - (New Century Version)
"So brothers and sisters, since God has shown us great mercy, I beg you to offer your
lives as a living sacrifice to him. Your offering must be only for God and pleasing to him
which is the spiritual way for you to worship. Do not change yourselves to be like the
people of this world, but be changed withing by a new way of thinking. Then you will be
able to decide what God wants for you; you will know what is good and pleasing to him
and what is perfect."

Randy Saxon, our fearless leader on this mission trip, read this scripture today as part of
our story coming back from Pan Di Vida. God revealed His face to each of us, in the
faces of those that we came to serve. I traveled to Pan Di Vida to teach music and share
worship, not knowing that I would be blessed ten fold in return. I loved each person I
encountered with all my heart and they loved us in return.  

Eight members of the Hickory Flat UMC Praise Team, all for ONE (including 3 musicians
also from ECA Publishing) traveled to Monterrey, Mexico this summer to lead a music
and worship camp for 15 children and 8 adults from the Pan de Vida “Bread of Life”
Church in Monterrey Mexico. Pan de Vida is a new community church that has been in
existence for two years, and desires to teach their children to be future worship leaders.

We are hoping to add a page to our website just for Pastor Gonzolo's sermons and any
testimonies that are available from Pan Di Vida. They will most likely all be in Spanish but
hopefully we can offer a written translation where we are able in English.
