English Translation of Testimony from Mexico:
Opening prayer: pastor
Lord I give you thanks. Your word says that you are the same today as yesterday,
the same throughout the centuries. Your compassion and love does not change
Lord.
To the people:
It is my hope that you are hearing this recording, whatever part of the world you are
in, whatever situation you find yourself in. That today we can place ourselves in His
love - a love that restores, a love that embraces, a love that gives us a new
beginning. His love has changed the lives of millions around the world. His love
does not stop. His love is here for you today. It doesn’t matter about your condition
or social status, your education status, or your nationality.
The Lord loves you. He gave new life to the Samaritan woman. He gave hope to
and forgave the thief hung on the cross next to Jesus. He gave new birth to
Nicodemus. He gave new life and dignity to the prostitute. God’s love embraces.
His love transforms every life regardless of the condition. The Lord loves you and
wants to come in to your heart. He wants to give you new life. The Lord is speaking
to you today through your testimonies and through your lives that have been
restored through Him. His word invites you. If today you hear His voice, harden not
your hearts, because – this is the day of salvation!
TESTIMONY #3
Patiently wait on the Lord. His is my Rock. He is my hope of salvation.
I’d like to share with you a little bit about my experience with finding Jesus. Many times we meet God
within the places of our own hearts.
When I was young I was a soldier. The one important thing I lacked was a good friend. One day when I
was in danger, I met a fellow soldier. I asked him to come to my aid. He said I should ask God. I
remember those moments in which God became present to me through the Scriptures. We are all
brothers and sisters in Christ.
God had gifted me with a wonderful and beautiful wife. But eventually our marriage began to have many
valleys. We were on the verge of divorce. I was looking for explanations. I wanted to know why – why me
– why these things were happening. Many times you can find answers to questions within your own
heart. And the main place that God speaks to us is through the heart. I found God in the Bread of Life
Community when my wife accompanied me. He is still in my heart today. I realized that I needed Him.
And I found that “answer” in my own heart. Open your eyes and your heart and your mind – to the glory of
what God has done. My marriage is forging ahead, only lacking children. In my work, I am not allowed to
share my Christian life with others. I asked God for help with this. And God reminded me of His word that
says, “If your hand prevents you from doing right, cut it off. It is better to enter the kingdom of God with
one hand than to have both and be rejected.”
You are hearing my testimony. If you are searching for answers to questions in your life, the only place
you will find explanations and answers is through inviting God into your heart. Open your heart and allow
Jesus Christ to come in.
-------------
Lord, you continue to restore lives as you did when you walked the streets of Jerusalem. Your eyes
remember every nation, every continent, searching for hearts to spread your Word and your love. May
everyone here today experience new life through your son Jesus Christ. Amen.
TESTIMONY #2
Right now I would like to share about the condition of my life before I knew God and how
He transformed my life and home. I grew up with a lack of parents – with a lack of love. I
met my husband in a strange way. My marriage was a common marriage. There was
nothing really that distinguished us from everyone else. Our marriage had its peaks and
valleys, but there were more valleys than peaks. And soon our love for each other was less
and less. One day God called me into His presence. I wanted to listen to Him, just to listen
to His word. But I remember that it was only seconds from listening to His beautiful voice –
my hands were raised, but almost with no effort and with a thousand problems on my
mind. But I wrapped my arms around God’s shoulders. It was then that God entered my
life, my soul, and transformed me. He made me a promise by His word, and He said to
me, “You and your home will be saved, and He kept His promise.” Now, my husband also
is saved, and our marriage has changed. In our home, God alone reigns, love, peace,
patience, happiness, loyalty, hope, trust, communication, humility - kindness that only God
can give to a Christian marriage. Now, we form part of the family of God – the most
beautiful privilege – that no one had ever given us before.
Today, you are listening to my testimony. I invite you to come and be part of the family of
God. God loves you and simply wants a heart that is willing to love Him too. You can do it –
you are able to – God wants you to love Him. Don’t wait - now is time to come into God’s
presence and tell Him that you accept Him as your only Lord and Savior and your only God.
May God bless you.
TESTIMONY #1
Thanks be to God forever – all the glory and honor are His. My testimony is for the glory of God. He
chose me through His great mercy to declare what He had done in my life. My life has been
changed since His word has been on my lips and in my heart.
The Lord is present in each and every moment of my life. I invite Him into my heart and follow Him
every day. My Father is love – my hope is in Him. I remember the day that I bought my Bible. I
wanted to know God. I already knew that He died for me and for us. I put myself to read the Bible,
but I would read it a while and then leave it alone for a while. Years passed. My boss at my work did
not share my desire to invite my co-workers to read the Bible together. He did not know if we were
going elsewhere just “to have fun” or whether we were simply taking a break. Later, I was called to
my boss’s office. Upon arrival, I saw great joy in his face, and he asked me this question: “Do you
believe that we are all God’s children?” I answered, “Yes.” And then he said, “In order to be a child
of God, you must first invite Jesus Christ into your heart to be your Lord and Savior.” And then the
best part came – I received a call on my cell phone. It was my wife. She asked me if I wanted to go
to Church. I said “Let’s go!”
The Pastor asked me if I accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior. I said, “Yes.” At that
moment, I felt God’s presence. What a blessing! The burdens of many of the trials I had been
facing were lifted. I had been having problems in my marriage and family, and I was feeling totally
unstable. But with God there is nothing that, together, He and I cannot handle.
God was also saying to my heart, “I want you and your wife to attend the prayer meetings.” My wife
and I were having so many problems, but we attended the meetings with God’s help. We learned
that He was there, seeking us – waiting for us – it was God.
I thank God for dying on the cross for me and for shedding His blood for the forgiveness of my sins.
Now all the honor and glory are His. I say to you, therefore, if you hear my testimony – wherever you
are – if you have any problem – give it to God. Give Him all your burdens and cares. He loves you,
will listen to you and will deliver you. Remember that Jesus loves you and is there for you in any and
every moment of your life.
